OnlyCars Video Packages

Your first successfully created video is free and tracked separately from purchased credits. Further successfully created videos require credits.

One successful render uses one video credit. A new version or an additional rendered format is another job, even for the same vehicle. Creating a project, sorting images and saving settings does not yet create a video.

An active job reserves the required credit. It is consumed only on success. Failed renders do not use credits or your free video. Wait for an active job instead of starting it repeatedly.

Downloading a finished video again or sharing it on multiple channels does not require a new render. Credits & packages shows available and reserved credits. Under our terms, purchased credits are valid for 12 months from each purchase date.

Video packages are one-time purchases without automatic monthly renewal. Buy another package when needed; there is no recurring subscription to change or cancel.

Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout from your signed-in account. Checkout shows the payment methods available for your purchase. Cards, wallets and local methods are offered only where supported by your country, device and Stripe configuration. Not every method is available to every customer.

Before confirmation, Checkout shows the total and tax breakdown. Package prices here match the current pricing display; the Checkout amount is authoritative. The vehicle price currency in your video is independent of package billing in euros.

Credits are assigned automatically after payment is confirmed. Delayed payment methods can take longer. If credits are still missing after successful payment, contact support with your account email, date and payment reference. Never send full card details.

Enter your full legal business name and correct billing address, including country. A billing address is required at checkout. Verify these details before payment, even if your dealer profile is already complete.

Stripe Checkout supports collecting tax IDs. For an EU business, use the applicable VAT ID with its country prefix if you have one. Do not enter an internal customer number or company registration number in the VAT ID field. For other countries, use the appropriate ID type offered there.

Checkout calculates tax using the supplied information. Entering a VAT ID does not automatically make a purchase tax-free. Check tax and total before paying. Contact support about unclear details and your tax adviser for individual tax questions.

In your signed-in account, open Credits & packages, then Payments & invoices → Open Stripe. This access appears once a Stripe customer is linked to your account. The portal contains the documents and management options made available there.

A payment confirmation is not automatically a full invoice. If a required invoice is unavailable in the portal or business details need correcting, email support@onlycars.de with your account email and the purchase concerned so we can review the documents.

Changes to your dealer profile do not automatically update previously issued invoices. Check billing details before each purchase. Available payment and invoice functions depend on the Stripe portal configuration.
