Creme21 2026: Four days, seven stages – with OnlyCars in the middle of it all
Around 200 teams, distinctive cars spanning several decades and a route across northern Germany: OnlyCars joined the 25th Creme21 Youngtimer Rally as a cooperation partner.
Four days, seven stages and around 1,000 kilometres along Germany's beautiful back roads: the 25th Creme21 Youngtimer Rally travelled through northern Germany from 16 to 19 September 2026. Between Gut Basthorst, Wismar, Rostock, Güstrow, Waren an der Müritz and Technikmuseum Pütnitz, a diverse field of vehicles became a journey through time on wheels. OnlyCars took part as a cooperation partner, with its own rally stop, many encounters and a clear mission: to present special cars as they deserve.
25 years of Creme21 – a rally with its own character
Creme21 is not a rally for sterile museum pieces. It thrives on cars that are driven, teams with stories to tell and an atmosphere where automotive culture matters more than polished perfection. Classics and modern classics from several decades share the road with unusual conversions, rare models and cars you hardly ever see in everyday traffic.
The 2026 anniversary edition started at Gut Basthorst. From there, seven stages led through Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Schleswig-Holstein. Coastal towns, country roads, historic places and technical heritage provided the backdrop for four days of driving pleasure. Team 80, Winzer/Ohlhoff, took the overall win in an Audi 200 5E.
OnlyCars at the rally stop in Pütnitz
On 17 September, the rally stopped at Technikmuseum Pütnitz in Ribnitz-Damgarten. Participants arrived in groups against the distinctive brick backdrop, each car bringing a new character to the square. This was where OnlyCars was present.
Our rally stop became a meeting place for conversation, vehicle details and content. We did more than watch: we captured the atmosphere in photos and videos, from rows of exceptional cars and lovingly maintained details to authentic engine sounds and the people who keep these vehicles alive.
Turning vehicle photos into a story
The connection between Creme21 and OnlyCars was clear. The rally is about cars with personality. OnlyCars makes that personality visible online: existing vehicle photos become professional videos and social media content, without an elaborate shoot or editing software.
As part of the partnership, participants could see how a handful of photos can become an eye-catching vehicle clip. For dealers, the idea is the same, applied to daily work: photograph inventory, create a vehicle project, choose a format and style, and turn still images into content for Reels, feeds, Shorts and websites.
The pictures stay with you. So do the sounds.
A look back at Creme21 needs more than words. Pictures reveal the range of the starting field; original sound brings back the machinery, movement and atmosphere. Our event recap brings together the rally moments in a compact format. The Sound On video deliberately leaves out narration and background music: the vehicles themselves take centre stage.
The footage shows what makes this event special: no uniform look or interchangeable setting, but real cars with patina, colour, character and history.
What remains of Creme21 2026
The 25th Creme21 Youngtimer Rally was an anniversary, but above all it demonstrated how vibrant automotive culture can be. Around 200 teams, four days on the road and countless encounters made the route through northern Germany much more than a drive.
For OnlyCars, taking part was an ideal combination of genuine passion for cars and modern vehicle communication. A great car deserves a strong presentation, on the road as well as on screen.
